      Shipping Options

      1. Express small parcel (retail orders): DHL, FedEx, UPS, 7–15 working days door to door delivery, suitable for individual buyers.
      2. Bulk sea/air freight (wholesale): We deliver to designated Chinese freight forwarder warehouse, or arrange sea/air shipping to destination port. The freight cost can be calculated separately.
      3. Shipping damage guarantee: If goods are damaged due to poor packing during transportation, we provide free reshipment or refund; damage caused by buyer's local customs inspection/long storage is not covered.

         After-sales Policy

         1. Please open inspection within 3 working days after parcel arrival. Record unpacking video if you find breakage, we will handle compensation quickly.
